What our clients say
Trusted by homeowners across London & Hertfordshire
Really good experience with M I Prestige. We changed our mind on the tiles after work had already started and thought it was going to cause a massive headache but Mariyan just sorted it for us. Bathroom came out better than expected and would use him again no question
Second bathroom they've done for us. That probably says enough really! Quality work, reliable and the finish is always spot on.
Needed the old bath taken out and replaced with a proper walk in shower for my parents. From the first visit Mariyan understood exactly what we needed and made some sensible recommendations around access and where to position things. Price was clear from the beginning and communication was good throughout the job. Most importantly my parents are very pleased with it and the new shower is much easier for them to use.
We had been putting off doing our bathroom for years because we knew it was going to be quite a big job, old plumbing, awkward layout and we wanted to move the shower completely. Mariyan came round and talked us through what was realistic and what wasn't worth spending money on which we really appreciated. Once the work started everything went smoothly and he always let us know what was happening next. We absolutely love the finished bathroom, especially the walk in shower and the tiling. It feels like a different house now.
Mariyan renovated the bathroom in my mum's house and I mainly wanted someone we could trust to get on with everything without her having to worry about it. He was patient with her, explained what he was doing and kept me updated as well even when I wasn't there. There was a lot more involved than we first realised once the old bathroom came out but he dealt with it all. Mum is very happy with her new bathroom and that's the main thing for me. Thank you again Mariyan!
I knew more or less what look I wanted but not how to put everything together, I had about 50 screenshots saved on my phone but Mariyan was very helpful with working out what would actually fit and look right in our bathroom. I was probably quite fussy about the small details but nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We went for a freestanding bath, new vanity and a much lighter tile than we originally planned and I'm SO glad we did. Everyone who has seen it has commented on how nice it looks.
